• If VRTUALGURU SERVICE PVT.LTD.  Fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
• If the services provided do not meet the specifications outlined in the client
  agreement.
• If a cancellation is requested within a specified timeframe i.e within 7 days of service
  initiation.

3. Refund Process: Clients must submit a refund request in writing to VRTUALGURU SERVICE PVT.LTD. Email within the eligible timeframe. The request should include a detailed
explanation of the reasons for the refund.
4. Refund Evaluation:

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• VRTUALGURU SERVICE PVT.LTD. reserves the right to decline a refund if the client has not
  provided accurate or complete information.
• If the refund is approved, VRTUALGURU SERVICE PVT.LTD. will process the refund within
  15 Days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

• Consultation fees, initial strategy development fees, and any other upfront costs are
  non-refundable.
• Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policy outlined in their service
  agreement.
• Cancellations made outside the agreed-upon cancellation window may not be eligible
  for a refund.

7. Changes to Services:

• VRTUALGURU SERVICE PVT.LTD. Reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at its
  discretion.
• In such cases, clients may be eligible for a prorated refund for any unused services.
